Air Cloud is the heart of the Tecno Prime central vacuum cleaner: it monitors health and prevents ageing. An alert warns in the event
of anomalies and you can choose whether to receive alerts directly or send them to your maintenance technician.
Network connection
The connection is made by connecting a Lan cable (not included) to the home network or a wireless extender.
Remote control
You access the reserved area, where you can consult the operating status, receive information and have a direct connection with Sistem Air.
Cloud Warranty
By keeping Tecno Prime constantly connected to the grid, you benefit from the 6-year Cloud Warranty.
Smart computer for maintenance
The touch screen allows access to all functions of the central vacuum cleaner. It is an aid that allows you to check the correct functioning of the system, by means of tests. In addition, maintenance intervals can be programmed, filter wear can be checked and the dust container can be emptied.

Innovative filtering system
The filtering system consists of a conical filter, made of polyester and aluminium fibre, washable and certified in filtration class M, on which there is a connection to the grounding system of the central unit.
The filter is free from the accumulation of static charges, which would otherwise trap dust on its sides: when suction is stopped, everything that has settled on the filter surface falls into the dust collection bucket, facilitated by the inverted conical shape of the filter itself.
BiVac: the beauty of choice
Tecno Prime offers a choice of two filtration options during installation, in order to satisfy the customer’s needs
Cyclonic filtration
Dust falls into the bucket due to the cyclonic effect
The vacuumed dust is separated from the air by the cyclone that forms inside the machine and falls into the collection bucket. The conveyor cone prevents it from returning to the filter, dirtying its surface.
Bag filtration
Dust is retained by the filter bag
Made of microfibre, it retains the vacuumed dust, making filter cleaning unnecessary. Once full, the bag must be replaced with a new one, while the full one can be discarded
Installation areas
Tecno Prime can be installed in houses with the following characteristics:
- Surface area to be cleaned between 30 and 450 m²
- Use by a single operator
- Pipe network made of 50 mm / 2″ diameter pipe
- 220/240 V ac power supply
- Non-continuous use for suction of domestic dust
- Air exhaust conveyed to the outside
- Can be installed in storerooms, hallways and balconies protected from the weather

Maintenance and service
For scheduled maintenance of the central vacuum cleaners, the instructions in the technical manual supplied and the user interface display must be followed.
In particular, these periodic operations mainly concern cleaning the filter, emptying the dust collection container, replacing the bag, checking the correct operation of the electric motor and any air exhaust obstruction.
All operations not included in the scheduled maintenance operations by the end user must be carried out by qualified personnel.
